PECH-DAVID PLANT

The supply of drinking water for Toulouse, fourth largest town in France, is principally done by Pech David's factory with a daily treatment of 150 000 cubic metre of water. During this tour, you will discover the main stages of production :

> the water hold in the Garonne
> the clarification of the water
> the ozonation before the distribution

The treatment of waste water, mud and smells are the objectives of Ginestou's plant. Up to 110 000 m3 of water is treated everyday at this factory which is currently being enlarged. The mud treated in this process is used in the agricultural sector.
Thanks to important deodorization equipment, this factory has become more easily integrated in the urban "environment ".
