JEAN LUC LAGARDERE TOUR: A380 SITE

The tour begins in the “boarding room” with a presentation of the A380 programme. After visiting the outside of the Jean Luc Lagardère site by bus, you will enter the main building and from a viewing platform, discover the general test stations, the outside testing areas and an overall view of the entire site.

After leaving the reception area and driving around Toulouse-Blagnac runways, go to Jean-Luc Lagardère hall to see the assembly process of the A380.
From a sight-seeing platform, discover the general tests stations, the outside testing areas and the general view of the entire site.

Visit last around 1h30 and visitors come back to the reception area where they can purchase a souvenir from the shop.

CLEMENT ADER TOUR: A330/A340 SITE

After leaving the reception area, a tour around the airport by bus will allow you to see air traffic on the runways and the new Airbus Delivery Centre. Then, after a tour of the Clément Ader site (including the unloading facilities for the A300-600 ST “Beluga”) you will enter the plant and access a viewing platform overlooking the final assembly line of the long-haul A330, A340, A340-500/600 aircraft.

Visit last around 1h30 and visitors come back to the reception area where they can purchase a souvenir from the shop.

For individual visitors:

Guided tour in French and sometimes in English (during summer, please contact us) : Daily during french school holidays (except on Sundays and bank holidays) / twice or three times per week apart from french school holidays (except on sundays and bank holidays).

Required information:

> French and EU citizens: Name and maiden name for married women, first name, date and place of birth, nationality and phone number.

> No EU citizens: Name and maiden name for married woman, first name, date and place of birth, nationality and phone number. Booking deadline 48 working hours in advance.

For groups:

Daily guided tours except on Sunday and bank holidays. Departure every half an hour / schedules on request.
Possibilities of tours in English, German, Spanish and Italian.
Pre-booking: by phone for the option (many months in advance are required) and a required written confirmation by fax, mail or by post at least 45 days before the day of the tour.

Required information to book a tour:

> French and EU citizens: Name and maiden name for married women, first name, date and place of birth and nationality. The list has to reach Taxiway at least 1 week before the day of the tour.

> No EU citizens: Name and maiden name for married woman, first name, date and place of birth, nationality. The list has to reach Taxiway at least 10 days before the day of the tour.

Each visitor will have to show an identity card before the tour
(EU citizens: I.C or passport / No EU citizens: passport).

Cameras and camrcorders are not allowed on the site.

The Airbus security service reserves itself the right to close the access to the site without notice (for example in the case of an official visit). These circumstances are outside taxiway's control (for the visitors: proposal of a new schedule for the tour and repayment if no choice).

> Less than 20 paying visitors: contracts price for the group.
> More than 20 paying visitors: price per person.

> DISCOUNT for the use of the « Visitor’s Bus» on the AIRBUS site: - 20,00 €
For certain hours, Taxiway uses the bus of the group to ensure the bus tour on the Airbus site.
The access to the Airbus site underlies severe security regulations, in order to ensure this transportation, the « Visitor's bus» must fulfil following specifications:

- The bus has to be equipped with a microphone and one seat next to the bus driver for the Taxiway guide.

- A road book such as the traffic regulations will be handed over to the bus driver.
The bus driver is compelled to give his identity card during the tour.

If the bus of the group does not fulfil these specifications, the person in charge of the group must agree with the Booking Service of Taxiway on a schedule for a tour where the use of the « Visitor’s Bus » is not required.
Attention: for an Airbus & Concorde tour the « Visitor’s Bus » is required.
